[TIPS 1] After reservation, please exchange wristband tickets at the 9.81 Park Ticket Kiosk by using klook voucher.
[TIPS 2] All racers' records can be accessed through the 9.81 app, and by 3-second ticket mapping to personal accounts, and racers can receive their racing records and racing videos for download.

Tips
- A free shuttle bus is operated from Jeju Airport. For detailed shuttle bus locations and times, please refer to Shuttle Bus Information.
- Passport verification may be requested for age verification, and if rejected, use may be restricted.
- Mandatory to wear closed toe shoes when participating in RACE 981 (Slippers and sandals not allowed)
- A driver's license is not required to use the RACE 981.
- Unavailable if customer is pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please carefully read through detailed rules of use for each attraction.
- Tickets can be issued and redeemed at the on-site kiosk through the reservation number on the klook voucher.
- If you install 9.81 PARK's dedicated app and register your own ticket numbers, your personal racing videos and records will be available.
- Please enter the venue on the selected & reserved participatiaton date and time.
Notice
- In case of rain, outdoor facilities (Race 981, Heal Swing) will not operate, But customers can participate in indoor activities. In this case, a partial refund is possible for the remaining rounds of the non-participatory activity
- Full refund is available up to one day before the participation date. No refund on the selected participation date
- If the outdoor facilities (RACE 981, HEAL SWING) are suspended due to bad weather, partial refund for the unused rounds will be available
- One wristband ticket can be used by one person and is non-transferable.
- Compensation for damage may be claimed for intentional collision, reckless driving, or damage to property due to incompliance with safety instructions.
- Non-refundable for the purpose of using only some services in the package
- In case of RACE 981 lap time error, you can re-board the course once.
- LAB 981: Some devices may not be available due to errors and boarding restrictions, and refunds are not available for this reason
