Situated just 5 minutes' drive from Wellington Airport and the city centre, the hotel is perfectly situated for those both on business and leisure. The hotel, in addition to high-standard accommodation services, offers meeting facilities. The Kauri Room is one of Wellington's largest and most flexible multi-use conference rooms. It can be divided into four meeting rooms each accommodating 40-90 depending on the configuration. The Kauri Room features European-designed soundproof doors, no intrusive pillars and floor-to-ceiling windows, thus creating a spacious environment with natural lighting. Visitors are welcomed in the hotel lobby and for a fee can make use of the laundry service provided. Standard accommodation units are spacious triple and quadruple rooms suitable for families, groups and sports teams. A shower features in all accommodation as does a telephone, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests can stay connected thanks to the Internet access provided. Coming from the airport one should go through Mt Victoria Tunnel and turn right at the second set of lights onto Evans Bay Parade, where St Patrick College can be found on corner. Kemp Street is the first street on the left and the hotel is located at number 16.
