- The supplier will use communication software (line, WeChat, whatsapp) to contact passengers to confirm the itinerary and driver information before using the car.
- If there are special heavy items that need to be loaded, please confirm with the supplier in advance whether they can be loaded.
- Pets are allowed on the bus. An additional fee of TWD 500 will be charged for each pet. Pets must be caged (except service dogs)
- Additional fee: The price of this product only includes one pick-up point. If you want to add a pick-up/drop-off location along the way, additional charges will apply (please confirm with customer service staff for details)
- If you need to transfer to a local high-chassis shuttle bus during your itinerary, you need to make the reservation yourself, which is not included in this fee.
- The activity time on the day of the itinerary may change due to force majeure factors such as weather or traffic, and no refunds will be given. Please forgive me.
- In the event of a typhoon or heavy rain warning issued by the Central Meteorological Administration or the closure of national parks, an extension can be applied for (extension period: within one year)
