Activation Procedure
- To activate the WiFi device, press the 'Power' button until the screen is on
- Device should be switched off when not in use
- Press the 'Power' button until the screen is off
Pick Up Information
- Present your voucher when you pick up the device
- Present the tracking number that you received in the confirmation email 1 day prior to the pick up date at the post office of the airport (Narita, Haneda, Kansai, Osaka, Itami, Fukuoka, Chubu, or New Chitose)
- Receive the pocket WiFi device and start surfing!
Drop Off/Return Information
- Kindly return the device by using your return envelope (enclosed) to drop off to any post boxes in Japan
- The return envelope is inside your wifi delivery package
- Drop off can be done from a different place than pick up

- In case of lost, damaged, or stolen equipment, you will be charged the following:

Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
