Good to know
- Please arrive at the counter 30 minutes before the show begins. Failure to check in may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
- The staff reserves the right to adjust actual entry times for those who arrive outside the scheduled show times.
- Reservations for all opening shows of the following month will be available on the 25th of each month. Same-day reservations will not be accepted. Any changes to opening hours due to special circumstances will be announced on the i-Ride's Facebook page.
- For concession tickets, please purchase on-site and present a valid ID.
- Please follow the regulations and instructions from the staff in the venue; the operator reserves the right to refuse entry for any violation.
- Dangerous materials and items, food, and drinks are not allowed in the venue.
- Chasing, eating, smoking, chewing gum or betel nut, sitting on the ground, littering, and gambling are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue.
- Large items such as umbrellas or suitcases can be stored for free at the counter; please do not bring them into the venue.
- Recording, taking photos or videos during the experience are strictly prohibited.
- If you want to make changes, you may need to cancel at least 24 hour before redemption and make a new booking. Please refer to the "Cancellation policy" under package details for more information about cancellations, refunds, and amendments
