##Ticket booking tips

  • How to choose tickets? Hot Snow Miracle is divided into the snow entertainment area and the skiing area. Tickets are sold separately for the two areas. The snow entertainment ticket includes the experience of ice amusement equipment, such as bumper cars on ice, ice bikes, tulip slides, etc.; the ski ticket can experience skiing, which is divided into 3-hour skiing, 4-hour skiing, and unlimited skiing. For specific ski slope rights, please refer to the product instructions. Beginners are recommended to choose 3-hour beginner and intermediate skiing. If you need to experience skiing and snow entertainment at the same time, you can choose the 4-hour (skiing + snow entertainment) all-in-one product
  • How do adults and children buy tickets? Hot Snow Miracle tickets are the same price for big and small, with no discounts or free tickets. The minimum size of the snow suit at the ski resort is 70cm and the maximum size is 200cm
  • Does the ticket include equipment? Hot Snow Miracle tickets include equipment. Snow entertainment includes snow suits/snow boots/lockers, and skiing includes snow suits/ski boots/snowboards/helmets/lockers. Snowboards are divided into single boards and double boards. You can choose one of the two when you enter the park and cannot change it midway. Note: Gloves are not included
  • Do I need to bring my ID card to enter the park? Real-name reservation and entry are implemented for Hot Snow Miracle. You need to bring your personal valid ID card (including ID card, passport, home return permit, Hong Kong and Macao ID card, etc.) to enter the park. Enter the park with your ID + snow card
  • What are the accommodation options? In Guangzhou Sunac Resort, there are Guangzhou Sunac Shibo Hotel within a five-minute walk from Hot Snow Miracle, Guangzhou Sunac Mauve Hill Hotel close to Sunac Park, Guangzhou Sunac Shibo Hotel of classical luxury, surrounding economic hotels (Lavender, Joy Gate, Yishang, etc.), and surrounding high-cost hotels (Hilton Huadu Hampton Hotel) can be purchased directly in this event

    • Please fill in the valid ID of the visitor accurately when booking the Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle ticket. One valid ID can only purchase one Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle ticket on the same date and in the same session;
