  • This particular service is only provided for the country of destination selected
  • SIM cards are generally available
  • Data will start upon activation of the SIM card (putting the SIM card in the phone) and will end based on the number of days the customer subscribed to. Example: Customer activated the SIM on a Thursday at 10:00am and bought the 5 days worth of data, then the SIM will expire on Tuesday 10:00am
  • This offer is a Data Only SIM card. Calling and texting will not be possible with a data SIM
  • Once you’ve reached the maximum volume allocation, internet speed will drop to 3G with unlimited data
  • SIM cards are generally available. In the rare event that it has been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
  • Only works with open line phones SIMs are not compatible with closed or network-locked phones

International Fair Usage Policy:

  • 4G WiFi Fair Use Policy: If the daily data limit has been reached, the speed will throttle down and will change to 3G
  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data use limited or throttled at the discretion of the telecommunications company of the country of destination
  • Please refrain from watching videos for a long time or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time
  • Operator will in no way be responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental period

  • Validity: based on customer's travel start and end date

  • You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

Delivery Procedure:

  • Time: 9:00am-3:00pm, daily
  • Indicate your complete delivery information upon checkout. The SIM card will be delivered to your doorstep at least 2 days before your departure
  • You must present your voucher to the driver upon picking up the SIM card
  • Delivery lead time: within Metro Manila 2 to 3 days
  • For outside metro manila deliveries, please book your SIM card at least 7-10 business days prior to your travel date

SIM Card Activation Procedure:

  • Plug in the SIM card in your phone. Your phone will automatically connect to the network
  • All SIM Cards are preconfigured to be plug and play
  • Should there be any issues in activation email info@bigskynation.com

SIM Card Validity

  • The validity of the data package will begin on the date of activation by the customer and will be valid based on the number of days purchased by the customer.
  • If the activation is delayed, please note that the validity period will not be extended.

Manual Activation Procedure

Android APN Setting

  • Insert SIM in the card slot
  • Go to Settings > General > Mobile Networks > switch on Cellular Data and Data Roaming > select 4G/LTE
  • Go to Cellular Data Network > Access Point Names (or APN) and set APN to the APN of your destination country

iOS APN Setting

  • Insert SIM in the card slot
  • Settings > Mobile Networks > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming > select 4G/LTE
  • Go to Settings > Cellular Network > set APN to the APN of your destination country

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
