Booking Requirements
- For services between 9:00 to 21:00, bookings must be at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick up time
- For services between 21:01 to 8:59, booking must be at least 8 hours before the scheduled pick up time
Additional information
- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- All vehicles are wheelchair and stroller friendly. However, each equipment will count as one luggage
- The driver will contact you by WhatsApp/WeChat/Line or phone call. Please indicate an active mobile number at the checkout page
- The operator will forward your driver's contact information via phone/WeChat/email/WhatsApp within 2 hours before your scheduled service
- Regular time bookings must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick up time. While midnight trip bookings must be made at least 8 hours in advance
- Child seats are available upon request
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Child seat:
- HKD 100 per seat
- Extra luggage:
- HKD80 per luggage
- HKD50 per 15 minutes after 20 minutes of waiting time (for departure transfers)
- HKD50 per 15 minutes after 75 minutes of waiting time (for arrival transfers)
- HKD80 for each additional stop (same route or same district only)
- HKD100 for same day re-schedule (subject to operator’s availabilities)
- HKD200 for outside service areas(customer's hotel/destination, etc.)
- Routes through the Western Harbour Tunnel incur a toll surcharge (approx. HKD60)
