• For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
• Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
• A deposit of MYR 100 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

Usage reminder

• Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
• Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
• The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
• For assistance during the rental period, please contact the operator via whatsapp to 0102508380 (from 8AM - 12AM daily)
• Once you’ve exceeded your daily volume allocation, internet browsing speeds will drop to 3G. 4G speeds will return at 12:00am, the next day
• Return the device to your selected drop off point as the redemption location.
• You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service

• Penalty for a damaged device of 4G at RM 350 ; Penalty for a damaged device of 5G at RM 500; RM 100 for Minor dented of device but remain functional; RM 20 for Missing of device pouch; RM 15 for Missing of USB charging cable
