Hokkaido

If you love the great outdoors and seasonal activities, then Hokkaido is the perfect place for you to visit in Japan. Slide down snowy slopes at ski resorts during winter, walk through a sea of lavender fields in Furano during the summer, or explore the pristine Blue Pond to see various hot springs around Biei.

Get a taste of Hokkaido's food scene as well: slurp on a bowl of Sapporo ramen at Ramen Yokocho at Susukino and pair it up with a beer tour at the Sapporo Beer Museum! Surrounded by the ocean, you can bet that the seafood served in Hokkaido is fresh and definitely one of the world's best. Afterward, why not pay a visit to a pachinko parlor to boost your luck?

Why people love Hokkaido

Highly recommended
Usuzan Ropeway Round Trip Ticket in Hokkaido
You can plan your travel abroad in Taiwan. The e-tickets bought by klook can also be used abroad. Don’t worry if you can’t find the itinerary, you can go to the Zhushan cable car. There is a short trail to take a walk to the top of the mountain. The view from the top of the mountain is very refreshing, but it is recommended to wear a hat, because sometimes the wind blows and the head is cold.

Asahiyama Zoo and Shirogane Blue Pond Day Tour from Sapporo
Very good itinerary. Departing from downtown Sapporo that day, take an exclusive bus directly to the zoo. Lunch is a self-service meal. The dining room is very ample and you can’t eat in a hurry. The only pity is to go to the forest fairy terrace to deduct the queue for the toilet. With 10 minutes left, there is no time to visit the small shop carefully.

Highly recommended
Furano and Tomita Farm Day Tour with Melon Buffet from Sapporo
It was my first time in Hokkaido and I decided to take a tour from Sapporo to Furano, which is much easier than going by myself. The tour was great and comfortable. The tour guide was super friendly, although her English is a little hard to understand (fortunately I can speak Japanese). I just wish I could visit the blue pond, instead of going to 2 flower fields (Shiki no Oka, Farm Tomita). I think 1 field is good enough.

Private New Chitose Airport Transfers (CTS) for Sapporo, Hoshino Resorts, Noboribetsu, Lake Toya, or Surrounding Areas
We decided to have private chauffeur straight to our hotel from the airport as we travel in a group of elders. Since we went there during winter , the snows might be too slippery for you to travel by foot and taking public transport. So it is very convenient and easy process, the driver will wait on the arrival gate with our name. So no need to worries about communication problems.
