- After arriving at the store, choose your own kimono. The complete dressing and styling process takes about 45 to 80 minutes. The actual situation depends on the congestion level on the day
- Please return the kimono before 17:00 on the same day. If the item is returned within 30 minutes after the due date, a surcharge of 1,000 yen per person will be charged. Please pay on the spot. If you need to return it the next day, please apply to the staff in advance
- If you are late for more than 30 minutes, we may not be able to provide you with service immediately, and the staff will reschedule the experience time. Please understand.
