Activation Procedure

  • To activate the WiFi device, press and hold the 'Power' button for 3 seconds until all 3 indicator lights will flash green
  • The indicator will light up in succession as the hotspot connects to a local network
  • When not in use, the device should be switched off
  • Press and hold the 'Power' button for 3 seconds until all lights go off

Pick Up Information

  • Present your voucher when you pick up the device
  • Simply select your required number of days when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, you can pay for extra days upon returning the device
  • Please note: You will be asked to give a PHP1,000 deposit. The amount will be refunded once you return the device

Drop Off/Return Information

  • Deposit is refunded after the device is returned
  • Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
  • Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be deducted from the deposit. An extra fee will be charged if the deposit is insufficient

Surcharges

  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: PHP2000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: PHP500
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: PHP300
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of manual: PHP50

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
