Eligibility

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
  • Children aged 15+ will be charged the same rate as adults
  • For groups of up to 5 adults, two children aged 6–14 will count as one adult
  • Children aged 6–14 who travel alone will require a ticket
  • Children aged 0-5 can travel free of charge

  • As this is a public transportation service, seating is on a first come first serve basis
  • This vehicle is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
  • Tickets will be emailed to you about 24 hours before the start of the journey (The Klook voucher is not the ticket). Cancellation is not possible after receiving the tickets
  • CityTourCard Munich is suitable for singles and/or groups of up to 5 adults, with two children aged 6–14 considered as one adult
  • You can use the CityTourCard Munich for all public transport in the city of Munich (Zone M) or Munich and its surroundings including the airport (Zone M-6) or the entire MVV network, including the Bavaria Oberland (Zone M-12)
