  • Unlimited day plans, 5GB/day high speed (daily reset at 2359pm(+8GMT), speed reduce to 1mbps after high-speed data utilised

Usage reminder

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time

  • Data limit as per Data Plan in Gigabyte (GB); therefore, it is under Fair Usage Policy (FUP) - unlimited data speed will go up to 128 kbps. Excessive usage may cause the data plan to be suspended without notice to prevent data usage abuse based on the local network policies
  • Only the 20GB and 50GB plans are Limited Data plans, so keep that in mind. Data consumption will stop once the allotted quantity of data has been used.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that you have an eSIM compatible and network-unlocked device, and travel itinerary is confirmed
  • Data plan validity starts immediately when eSIM is installed (Expiry date - 45 days from the purchase date)
  • You may install eSIM before traveling (before your flight) or, at your destination when you need it
  • To successfully install eSIM, a stable Internet connection is required
  • All data plans (4G/3G speed) will thereafter follow unlimited data under *FUP for the duration of the validity plan
  • eSIM can only be installed once. DO NOT DELETE/REMOVE your eSIM from your device after successful installation
  • You can have different eSIM plans installed on your device
  • Data speed varies depending on the country and location

iOS Instructions

  • Go to settings > Mobile Data > Tap Add Data Plan > Install eSIM > Scan QR code or Tap 'Enter Details Manually' > Custom Label your eSIM (Destination) > Set Default line as 'Primary' to receive calls/messages > Set Mobile data using eSIM > Update Access Point Names (APN), if needed > Installation is completed!
  • When you land > Mobile Data > Turn on eSIM > Turn on Data Roaming

Android Instructions

  • Go to settings > Network/Connection > Tap Sim Card Manager > eSIM > Add mobile plan > Scan QR code or Tap 'Enter Details Manually' > Scan Carrier QR code or Retrieve QR from file or Enter code instead > Custom Label your eSIM (Destination) > Installation is completed!
  • When you land > Turn on (eSIM)> Mobile Data Select eSIM > Turn on Data Roaming
