- You'll receive the email regarding the eSIM QR code via email from provider within 5 minutes after you place an order.
- The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception.
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls and texts will not be possible.
- To successfully install eSIM, a stable Internet connection is required
- eSIM can only be installed once. DO NOT DELETE/REMOVE your eSIM from your device after successful installation
- The speed will reduced up to 200kbps after using all the data you purchased. Excessive usage may caused data plan to be suspended without notice to prevent data usage abuse based on the local network policies.

Activation Procedure

- Insall the eSIM profile by following the step-by-step guide below:

- For iOS manual
- For iOS devices, you can start data communication by installing QR.
- However, APN settings are required to use hotspot. (See Step 5 in the manual)
- eSIM - Installation steps (for Android)
- For Android manual
- If you have a device that can communicate data just by installing QR, you can use hotspot without any settings.
- For devices that cannot communicate data even after installing QR, APN settings will be required. (please check Step 2 in the manual)
Cancellation policy
- Full refund is possible if you request a refund before the QR code is issued. (The link for issuing your eSIM will be provided after you ordered)
