• After the reservation is successful, the service staff will confirm the departure time and location with you before 21:00 the day before departure. Please confirm that the mobile phone signal is smooth.
• This is a fixed itinerary for carpooling, and temporary changes to attractions and adjustments are not accepted.
• Please be sure to abide by the stay time at each attraction and follow the driver's arrangements.
• If you leave the group on your own during the trip, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no fees will be refunded. If this results in personal or property safety, you must bear the consequences yourself.
• The arrival time of each itinerary may change due to traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day. Please forgive us if there is any delay or cancellation due to the above or other force majeure factors; we cannot request a refund for this reason.
• If the itinerary encounters factors such as weather, strikes, safety, etc., for safety reasons, tourists will be postponed or the full amount will be refunded subject to notification.
• If the vehicle is soiled or damaged due to personal factors, the cleaning and repair costs will be fully borne by the passenger in accordance with local laws in Taiwan.
