Luggage Services
- Pick up time for luggage delivery from the hotel to the airport must be at least 2 hour(s) before your flight departure time. Any extra cost due to an urgent request will be paid by the customer

- Luggage size specification
- Normal Luggage : height under 26 inches
- Oversize Luggage : Height over 26 inches or Non-luggage (e.g. Sport equipment, TV, etc.)
Additional information
- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery to and from the hotel, your luggage will be collected and delivered by the hotel concierge
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, you are responsible for collecting and delivering your luggage with the delivery staff
