It's really efficient, the high speed rail are clean, tidy, smoke free. Just arrive 45mins or 90mins early for boarding, especially if you're a passport holder without any Chinese ID sometimes need manual assistance from the staff for identity verification before boarding.

Convenient easy to use. Able to board with ID using Klook application. Able to pre book more than 14 days in advance and received confirmation at 14 days when the tickets open. Remember to use the manual verification lane by the rail staff when entering the station and accessing the platform if you are a foreigner using passport as ID. Foreigners will not be able to use the train e-gates. Ensure you have the 10 digits train confirmation number starting with E. It is needed in case you need reschedule your train at the station.
