Luggage Information

  • All airport buses have luggage storage areas both inside and outside the vehicle. However, due to limited space, the amount of luggage one customer can bring depends on the size of the luggage. Each ticket allows for either two 25-inch suitcases or one suitcase of 28 inches or larger. For any additional luggage, a fee of 50% of the bus fare will be charged per extra item

Eligibility

  • One child under the age of 6 accompanied by one adult is free of charge
  • However, if a seat is required for the child or if one adult is accompanied by two children, the child fare applies

Redemption Information

  • Present your mobile voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the Incheon Airport(T1,T2)
  • Incheon Airport Terminal 1, 1st Floor Gate 6

  • How to get there: There is a ticket redemption counter in front of Gate 6 on the 1st floor of Incheon Airport Terminal 1.
  • You cannot board the limousine bus with a Klook QR voucher. You must exchange it for a physical ticket to board.
  • Note: Ticket redemption (exchange) is not available at internal ticket sales counters.
  • Note: Partial exchanges of reserved tickets are not allowed. (Example: Purchasing 2 tickets and exchanging only 1 ticket is not allowed.)
