- The total duration of the charter service is 10 hours, and the final service time is 8:00 PM. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions
- Children and infants also occupy seats, and child safety chairs occupy approximately 1.5 adult seats.
- Please note that the operator can provide up to 2 child safety seats. If you need to use it, please pay for the child chair when placing your order.
- The operator will send you the driver information one day before departure (the driver information will be provided to you 3 hours before you use the car at the latest), so please pay attention
- Please wait for the driver to pick you up at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance
- Travel Area: Area within 100 kilometers from the departure hotel
Additional charges:
- Overtime service fee: If the service time exceeds 10 hours or the service is between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, JPY 5,000/hour will be charged (less than one hour will be regarded as one hour). The fee can be paid to the driver on site
- If the return trip is overtime due to traffic jams, there is no need to pay overtime fees
- Excess kilometer fee: JPY 400/km will be charged if the total trip exceeds 300 kilometers
- If overtime fees and over-mileage fees occur at the same time, the highest single fee will be charged, and both fees will not be charged at the same time.
- The operator will notify or reconfirm the additional fee amount in advance. If necessary, you can book an "Additional Fee" package
