How to use Tokai Bus E-ticket
- On your travel date, follow these steps to activate your Tokai Bus E-ticket:
① Log into the Klook account ② Go to ‘All Booking’ and tap the ‘package name’ ③ Tap ‘See voucher’ ④ Tap ‘Redeem now’ ⑤ Present the E-ticket to bus driver or station staff when boarding
- Only tap ‘Redeem now’ on the actual first day. Tapping it on the wrong day sets that as your start date, with no refunds available.
- Ensure you have an internet connection; taking screenshots to board the train and bus is prohibited.
