    • MPV, 7-passenger luxury RV (cannot be specified). The model pictures are for reference only. The supplier will randomly arrange vehicles of the same type and different brands based on the vehicle and guest conditions at the time.

    Luggage Information

    • 4 suitcases or handbags or backpacks or strollers. Wheelchairs are counted as two pieces of luggage

    Booking Requirements

    • All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding
    • Please make a reservation at least 18 hours in advance to guarantee your car

    Additional information

    • Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
    • No child seats are provided

    Surcharge table

    • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
    • Please book this service before 6:00 pm (GMT+8) the day before departure
    • Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, but the order can be canceled 48 hours before the participation time.
    • The control department staff will contact the guest one day before departure to confirm the pick-up time and vehicle information.
    • Please turn on your mobile phone or connect to Wi-Fi, and the driver will contact you to arrange a pick-up location.
    • The hourly fee for private car overtime service is $550, and overtime fees must be paid in cash.
    • If you need pick-up service with a sign, the fee is $100 per person (please indicate this when placing your order)
    • Additional luggage is HKD$100 per item (please indicate when placing order)
    • The itinerary does not include tunnel and parking fees. If there is any actual reimbursement
    • From 23:30 to 06:30 in the evening, this period is night service, and an additional night service fee of $500 is required (please indicate when placing the order)
    • The service fee is HKD$1,500 on special days such as the 30th to the 3rd day of the Chinese Lunar New Year, February 14th, December 22nd, Christmas, December 24th, 25th, and 26th, New Year’s Eve, December 31st, and January 1st. cash payment
    • Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below / Red Rainstorm Warning: Pick-up and drop-off will be carried out as usual, but there may be traffic jams that may delay the pick-up time.
    • Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning: The company protects the safety of drivers and customers and will suspend services if necessary. Pick up and drop off services will be separately arranged separately.
