Luggage Information
- Standard Luggage Size: 60cm x 43cm x 28cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Luggage such as sports equipment, musical instruments, or any other odd-shaped baggage can only be accommodated for Innova, Innova New Reborn, Elf, and Hiace (no extra fees needed). You may indicate your luggage requirements upon check out

- Child seats are not available
- The driver has the right to reject your order if the number of passengers doesn't match the capacity of the car selected upon booking
- The service runs in all weather conditions
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Surcharge of IDR150,000 is applicable if your charter includes a pick up or drop off outside zone 1 or travel to other zones (e.g. if you travel to zone 2 and drop off at zone 3, you need to pay a surcharge of IDR300,000)
- Additional charge of overtime fee of IDR40,000 per hour for all MPVs (Toyota Avanza, Toyota Innova, Toyota Innova Reborn) and IDR 100,000 per hour for Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Alphard, Toyota HiAce (minivan) and buses
