Please note:

• If children do not have ID cards, they can use the ID cards of the accompanying adults to purchase tickets
• Klook only supports ID card reservations. Tourists from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and overseas need to make reservations on the official website of the scenic spot
• [Business hours] The business hours of Guangzhou Tower are 09:30-22:30, and the time for tourists to enter the tower is 09:30-22:00. Please refer to the on-site ticket office announcement for holidays and special event days. [Ticket collection method] You must show your second-generation ID card to exchange tickets and climb the tower. On the day of the tour, you must go to the Guangzhou Tower West Ticket Office to exchange tickets with the ticket exchange verification code or valid documents. The same order must be collected at one time. [Sightseeing in different time periods] Tourists must exchange tickets and enter the tower according to the time period when they purchased the tickets. If they miss the deadline for entering the tower due to personal reasons, they cannot enter the tower, and the losses caused shall be borne by the tourists themselves. [Special suspension of operations] The outdoor tour area is easily affected by the weather. Please pay attention to the weather conditions and relevant announcements on Guangzhou Tower Weibo and WeChat public accounts in a timely manner. If the weather is unavoidable or the mechanical facilities of the attractions are under maintenance on the day of the visit, causing some attractions in the Guangzhou Tower to be delayed or temporarily closed to the public: (1) Visitors who have not redeemed their tickets can contact Ctrip customer service on the day of the visit to apply for a full refund; (2) Visitors who have redeemed their tickets should follow the instructions of the scenic spot staff on site to get a refund or postponement for the unused portion of the visit (low visibility, rain and fog after entering the tower cannot be used as a reason for ticket refund). [Safety Check] Before entering the tower, please cooperate with the Guangzhou Tower security staff to undergo a safety check. Please do not bring the following items to the tower: lighters and other flammable and explosive items, beverages, radio-controlled toys, aircraft models, kites and other items that can be lifted into the air (see the regulations of the Guangzhou Tower Security Check Office for details) [Safety Tips] Tourists with a height of less than 1.4 meters, more than 1.95 meters, weighing more than 95 kilograms, over 65 years old, pregnant women, or those with acrophobia, hypertension, heart disease, mental illness, drunkenness, prosthetic limbs or mobility impairment are not suitable for participating in the Sky Speed Ride. Children under 1.5 meters in height must be accompanied by an adult when participating in recreational activities. For tourists who do not comply with the safety regulations of the recreational projects, the staff has the right to refuse their entry to the tower. The tourists shall bear the corresponding economic and legal responsibilities for the adverse consequences.

• The Guangzhou Tower needs to be visited in different time periods, which are divided into the following 6 time periods
• 9:30 - 12:00
• 12:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 16:00
• 16:00 - 18:00
• 18:00 - 20:00
• 20:00 - 22:00
• Tourists must redeem their tickets and enter the tower according to the time period of ticket purchase. If tourists miss the deadline for entering the tower due to personal reasons and cannot enter the tower, the losses caused shall be borne by the tourists themselves
