  • Car rental with driver service for 8 or 10 hours for the day. The last service time is at 10:00 AM. It is recommended to plan your departure time so that you can fully enjoy the Kyoto sights

  • Once you have booked your charter, the operator will reconfirm the amount in advance and will be in touch to notify you of your applicable surcharges. Surcharges can be booked directly and in advance under the service’s Package Options
  • Please note that for overtime beyond the duration you select or services rendered from 20:00-22:00, less than 1 hour of service will also be considered as 1 hour for the outside service hours surcharge fee
  • If the return trip is overtime due to traffic conditions, there is no need to pay any overtime fee
  • In case an overtime fee and the extra milage fee occur at the same time, only the higher amount would be charged
  • Charter service hours are from 8:00 to 20:00. The latest departure time is 10:00.
