Delivery Information

  • Your eSIM QR code will be delivered to your email. Please provide us with your valid email address
  • Get your eSIM QR Code within 1 day(s). If you do not receive a booking confirmation, please notify us

Activation Procedure

  • Download the eSIM using the QR code sent to your email or your WhatsApp. The QR code can be scanned up to 4 times only. If you have any trouble scanning or downloading, please contact 085739772572
  • Set eSIM on the device setting
  • iOS eSIM setting instruction: Settings - Cellular - Add Cellular Plan -Scan QR Code or Enter Activation Code. Please refer to this link for iOS
  • Android eSIM setting instruction: Settings - Cellular - Add Cellular Plan -Scan QR Code or Enter Activation Code. Please refer to this link for Android
  • Setting the APN. APN settings need to be done to maximize signal on your phone. This is done if you use an iPhone. Please refer to this link for more information
  • *Please note: due to the Indonesian Government’s policy, you need to submit personal data (photo of passport, phone’s IMEI number (check IMEI please dial #06#), and IMEI and Passport as 1 picture) in advance as a requirement to activate the eSIM Card.   • Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to eSIM compatibility issues
