- Each departure time is divided into 1-hour period intervals. If you book the 10:00 departure time, this does not mean that the actual ferry departure time will be 10:00, but between 10:00 to 11:00. More information regarding your ferry departure time will be given to you one day before your travel date

Booking Requirement
- All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding

- Child seats are available upon request
- Xiamen to or from Kinmen: around 30 minutes sailing time
- Please enter correct passport and permit details (e.g. Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan Permit, Taiwan Residents Traveling to Mainland Permit and Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents) in order to redeem a valid ticket
- Infant ticket: Aged 0-1
- Child ticket : Aged 2-11
- Senior ticket: Aged 65+
Redemption Information
- Present your printed voucher and exchange it for a physical pass at the ticket counter
- You must arrive at the ticket counter at least 30 minutes before boarding time if you want specific seat assignments
