Luggage Information

• Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 20kg or 44lbs
• 1 large item of hold luggage (75cm x 50cm x 32cm, maximum weight 20kg) and 1 soft item of hand luggage (45cm x 35cm x 20cm, maximum weight 10kg) per adult are allowed on the coaches
• Hand luggage must be placed under the seat in front of passengers or in an overhead locker
• 2 medium items (70cm x 30cm x 45cm) with a maximum weight of 20kg each may be carried instead of 1 large item, subject to availability
• Please do not bring any item of luggage over 20kg for safety reasons
• Surcharges apply for additional items which must be paid to National Express on the day. £15 per additional luggage item for a single journey

• If you have lost or left an item behind, contact National Express Lost Property Team. Please be advised that a handling fee ranging from £10 - £20 will be applied if your item is found

Eligibility

• Children aged 0-2 can travel free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
• Each paying adult can only bring one infant aged 0-2 for free. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as Children (3-15)
• Children aged 3-15 will require a child ticket

Redemption Information

• Present your printed voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the National Express ticket desk upon arrival in the airport
• The confirmed departure time will be provided by the staff when you get the ticket
• It is recommended to book your return leg at the desk at the same time if you purchase the round trip ticket. The staff will recommend a departure time
• Exchange your Klook voucher for a ticket in the National Express travel shop at Unit 6/7 Colonnades Walk, Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9SH if you purchased a single journey from London to an airport, but it is strongly encouraged that all passengers should book their return leg when they arrive in the UK to avoid disappointment

Voucher Validity

• Use your voucher at the selected date and time
• The voucher is valid on any bus during the specified date
• The night ticket will still be valid if you arrive at the airport early in the morning due to flight delay
