Surcharge:
- Overtime service fee: If the service time exceeds 10 hours, JPY3,500/hour will apply (less than one hour will also be considered as one hour)
- If there is a delay caused by traffic jams, there is no need to pay any overtime fee
- Excess kilometer fee: When the total journey goes over 300km, JPY400/km will be charged
- If the overtime fee and the excess kilometer fee occur at the same time, only the higher amount would be charged
- Please pay all fees in cash directly to the driver
