Booking Requirements
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
Additional information
- The total duration of the chartered car is 10 hours, and the service time is 08:00-20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably so as to fully enjoy the attractions
- The pick-up and drop-off locations must be located in downtown Kyoto
- Range of play: the area within 100 kilometers from the departure hotel
- The supplier can provide up to 2 child seats. If necessary, please purchase additional seats when booking
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Outside service areas:
- JPY 10,000／次 京都市區外上下車
- Extra mileage:
- JPY 400（超過300公里） per kilometer
- Additional hours:
- JPY5,000 per hour
- If the service time exceeds 10 hours, or between 20:00-22:00, an additional overtime fee will be charged, and less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour
- If the return journey is overtime due to traffic jams, there is no need to pay overtime fees
- If the overtime fee and the over-kilometer fee occur at the same time, the highest single item will be charged, and the two items will not be charged at the same time
