General Information

• Unless you have pick-up pre-arranged with the operator before your departure or if you select a hotel name from the drop-down box during the booking process, you must meet at the common pick-up location
• Common pick-up location is Mövenpick Hotel Auckland, 8 Customs Street East, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010.
• Tours are suitable for people of all ages and average fitness. The scenic walks are short and optional. Please let the guide know at check-in if you have any fitness concerns
• You are welcome to bring your prepared food, snacks, and beverages (alcoholic beverages are limited to guests 18 years and older by New Zealand law)

COVID-19 Customer Update

• All guides are fully vaccinated
• Please note that while it is not a legal requirement, you must wear a facemask in vehicles and while walking around public spaces
• The guides will not engage in physical contact with guests. They will use an alternative welcome
• All vehicles will undergo increased levels of cleanliness and hygiene practices to prevent the spread
• Guests are advised to practice regular hand washing and sanitizing. The operator will provide sanitizer on board their vehicles
• Each guest will need to ensure they have no symptoms of COVID-19 before traveling
