Due to strict enforcement of technology laws in the temporary pickup and drop-off area at Tainan High Speed Rail, fines are issued by photograph for parking exceeding five minutes. If you choose Tainan High Speed Rail as your departure point, please complete the meeting with your family and friends first, then move to the temporary pickup area "Meeting Point 1" outside Exit 2, or "Meeting Point 3" outside Exit 3, and contact the driver to pick you up after arrival.   • Please note: This charter rental service operates up to 9 hours per day only. Service hours can be arranged at any time. You can fill in your preferred pick up time upon check out
  • If you have large or extra pieces of luggage, please inform us in advance. You may be required to book a larger vehicle
  • Please be informed that children aged 0-5 cannot ride in a wagon without a child safety seat. Child wagon seats are free of charge and can be selected at checkout page
  • Important note: There might be instances that a taxi may be provided for the tour as a vehicle, and no additional fees will be collected
  • Addtional Chinese New Year surcharge are payable in cash directly to the driver：
    3 or 4 hours car charter surcharge of TWD 500
    6 hours car charter surcharge of TWD 750
    9 hours car charter surcharge of TWD 1000
