• The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, and the final service time is 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably so as to fully enjoy the scenic spots
• Children and infants also occupy seats, and child safety seats occupy about 1.5 adult seats
• Please be aware that the operator can provide up to 2 child safety seats. If you want to use it, please pay for the child chair when placing the order
• The operator will send you the driver's information 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before using the car), please pay attention
• Please wait for the driver to pick you up at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance

• Overtime service applies: If the service time exceeds 10 hours or is served during 20:00-22:00 (if the overtime is caused by traffic jams, no overtime fee will be charged), the overtime will be counted as one hour if it is less than one hour
• Extra mileage applies: After the total journey exceeds 300 kilometers
• If the overtime service and extra mileage occur at the same time, the highest single item will be charged, and the double item will not be charged at the same time
• If you use the vehicle and driver service from 22:01 local time to 07:59 the next day, you will need to pay a night service fee of EUR25
