Reservation Procedure

• Please ensure to input a valid email address to receive confirmation from the spa
• Once the spa merchant received your preferred date and timeslot stated on the Klook voucher, the merchant will check the availability for you and will let you know as soon as possible during business hours via appointment confirmation email directly. If your preferred timeslot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative timeslot. if you did not receive the email from the spa, please contact the shop directly.
